HOTEL CROCODILE
Hotel Crocodile (Seattle, WA): A former Union Hall for the Sailors of the Pacific turned historic live music and hospitality ecosystem.
Located above the relocated music venue The Crocodile, the Hotel Crocodile has 17 unique rooms featuring murals from local Seattle artists, lounge areas and workspaces in every room.
Eclectic, upscale but casual, well designed, and just plain comfortable, Hotel Crocodile is a boutique hotel with modern rooms infused within a multi-venue building offering a 750-capacity showroom, 300 capacity venue, 100 seat comedy club and movie theater, and an alley restaurant bar. Lots of fun to be had under this roof!
ROAM BEYOND
ROAM Beyond (Columbia Falls, MT): Roam began as an idea for a sustainable, handcrafted mobile dwelling. The concept was simple – create a mobile living experience unlike any other in the world using environmentally conscious materials, designed in a contemporary and intuitive aesthetic.
After working with Homegrown Trailers to perfect the structure and pulling in travel experts to perfect the experience, the team saw that people who lived for the sustainability lifestyle were searching for travel destinations that offered low environmental impact in elevated and transformational settings.
KING’S HARDWARE
King’s Hardware (Seattle, WA): Formerly a hardware store on historic Ballard Avenue, is a restored haven for locals & tourists alike.
King’s combines a unique offering of regional beers, Skee-ball, taxidermy, and inventive takes on classic bar grub that can be enjoyed on the bar’s heated patio.

The Lodges on Vashon (Vashon, WA): A relaxing island oasis with 16 modern Lodges, offering 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, fireplace, modern furnishings and soaking tub or indoor/outdoor shower area.
